体质不同，男的和女的生理上的差异导致的，如果是个男的一个月天天射他肯定受不住，同样女的也一样，只不过对男的来说射完之后的感觉是精力不行了，但是自慰也好，性交也罢，对内脏器官的负担是一样的，常见的就是肾，男的肾虚可能表面上看不出来，但是女的不一样，女的肾虚会导致气血不足，一眼就能看出来，所以不管是男的还是女的纵欲过度都是有坏处的，只不过提现的方式不一样，看不出来症状并不代表没有症状。
