不经历风雨怎么见彩虹,不经历磨难坎坷难成人,支书从小到大都是一帆风顺的,父母给铺好的路给积攒的当权者的人脉关系使自己走的顺风顺水,但是缺乏一种成器者的磨练与坚韧,支书最大的靠山住地部队的首长也率部队去了大西北,靠山刚刚的离开各色小鬼就相继蹦了出来,人情的冷暖世态的炎凉给支书又很好的上了一课,让他明白在你大权在握春风得意的时候那些对你点头哈腰阿谀奉承的人是如何在你失势的时候对你大打出手往死里整你的大都是这类小人,也只有在你受难的时候才能发现那些人是真正对你好的,在磨难中见真情,在磨难中见意志,
